To say we are thrilled with this new little one, is an understatement. She's pretty, feminine and just adorable. She has been bred for versatility - Ranch, working cow horse, reined cow horse, campdrafting or just being your saddle horse and future brood mare. Her pedigree includes Smart Little Lena, Peppy San Badger, Peptos Stylish Oak (x Peptoboonsmal), Dry Diamond, Colonels Smoking Gun, Just Shameless, Driftaluck Pierre (x Doc's Jack Frost). She is homozygous for black, with bay, tobiano and overo colour, so can only have bay or black based foals. Panel negative for HYPP, PSSM1, GBED, MH and MYH1. She has now been weaned and is currently in baby boot camp - and taking it all in her stride. We are very pleased with how calmly she is taking all her lessons - and how quick she is to learn too. UPDATE: Winter Woolies sale. Although she is fed, rugged and handled, it is now winter and 'Minnie' is a fluffy bear! She is at that ' growthy stage but expected to mature around 14.2 to 14.3hh. Until the 31st July, she is offered for sale for $5,000. In spring her price will go up. |
